All wet products (Waxes, Gels etc) are shipped by a national courier and orders over $99 are freight free to most areas (some very regional areas may incur a small fee and this will be calculated at checkout. The delivery time is dependant on your area and we can reach most capital cities in 1 to 2 working days once the order is dispatched.
At the time of dispatch, you will receive an email with the tracking details so you can follow your order.
Furniture items are generally large and bulky and as such are not eligible for freight-free deliveries. Collection from our Gold Coast or Sydney warehouses is be available free of charge, please check for stock availability.
We have a freight calculator on the website, this is generally for individual item purchases and we recommend you contact us for a quote for multiple items or bulk purchase.
All shipments are automatically covered by transit insurance, this covers your shipment against loss or damage from the time it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your door. Transit insurance is not free and and will appear on your invoice at the time of placing your order, if you feel this is not necessary or you prefer not to incur the cost it can be removed. If transit insurance is removed your consignment is not covered for loss or damage.
We ask you to check your order as soon as it arrives and if you suspect any issues please note it with the driver and contact us immediately. Ideally, we need to be notified within 48 hours of delivery.
Additional delivery fee’s
If you are not present for delivery or are not able to accept the delivery when the goods arrive a redelivery fee of $77 including GST may be payable.
Freight is charged at cost and is a liability for the business, every effort is made to keep freight costs to a minimum and we are always looking for the most reasonable rates while using quality companies. You are more then welcome to organise your own freight, we are more than happy to provide you with the packing sizes and weights once your order is confirmed.
Returns are accepted and naturally conditions apply. We deal with all returns as soon as possible and are bound by the constraints of the various couriers we use, please bear this in mind in the unlikely event you will need to return a product.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item is damaged or faulty and needs to be returned we will organise a courier or representative to collect and return the item unless it can be repaired or suitable compensation can be reached. This will be at our cost and no fee’s or charges will be incurred unless there is a packing fee by the courier. Please ensure all returns are in the origional packaging and sealed ready for collection.
Change of Mind/Not Suitable
We ask you check the website for all information on items and ensure they are suitable for the task and will fit in your space.
In the event a return needs to be made, you will be responsible for the freight cost of the return (this can be more than the cost to have it delivered and we are bound by the various couriers we use). There will also be a 15% re-stocking fee* for the warehouse team to check/inspect the goods and put them back into stock.
